November Lineup

Everyone’s always talking about living in the moment, not getting caught up with your worries & responsibilities but really just tuning in to each awesome detail of your day. This means taking the time to slow down and focus on the good when things get crazy and you are just so full of important thoughts/to-do’s. In doing this you’ll end up feeling extra grateful and happy. You’ll also create memories and good associations with each month which will stop you from waking up December 31st saying “where did the time go?!”.

This November instead of focusing on the in-laws and gifts and travel plans that are associated with this time of year, tune in to all of the fun seasonal things you can enjoy!

Cuddle. With a dog, with a human, just make sure it’s extra cozy.

Take a long walk in the crisp leaves on one of the remaining warm days of the season.

Tune in to your inner Pinterest and craft leaves, pinecones, sprigs of pine.. anything really.

That’s all for now my loves,
